Still having doubts?
Performing Arts is a powerful tool for developing students' natural talent, stimulating their creativity and learning to express it with purpose. In Agora Sant Cugat International School, we believe that academic education must go hand in hand with personal, ethical and social growth. Numerous studies confirm that students with an artistic inclination tend to develop a greater ability to innovate and bring value to diverse fields such as science, technology and management.
We live in an increasingly interconnected global environment, where art, science, technology, languages, sport and major social and environmental challenges coexist. In this context, it is not enough to simply acquire knowledge; it is essential to foster a holistic education that nurtures each student’s abilities, skills and talents from an early age.
The International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) in Performing Arts in Agora Sant Cugat International School responds to this need, offering a pathway that stimulates creativity, imagination and expression, while also strengthening communication, social and critical thinking skills. These competencies are increasingly valued in both university and professional settings and are vital for facing the challenges of the 21st century with flexibility and innovation.
Studying Performing Arts within the IBDP in Agora Sant Cugat International School will enhance students’ creative talent and equip them with useful tools for any future university or professional pathway within the fields of Social Sciences, Humanities and the Arts. Even if students eventually pursue a degree outside the Performing Arts, this education will enrich them with interdisciplinary skills, attitudes and resources that are highly valued in both personal and professional contexts.
If you are looking for a strong educational foundation that will nurture your talent and open every door, this is the place for you.
