Distinctive elements of our educational project

The Agora Sant Cugat International School Education Project is defined by five distinctive elements: the International Baccalaureate as a model for the future, multilingualism, STEAM, sport and the commitment to provide our students with the tools to grow as global citizens capable of changing the world.

STEAM: Science and Arts

Art and Science through STEAM abilities (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Mathematics) is a teaching approach that encourages group work and the integration of highly related skills. These five competencies are the key to the integral development of children since they provide enormous cognitive and personal benefits and enhance their communication skills.

Shaping the world

Children entering education today will graduate as young adults in 2030. Our mission is to prepare them for jobs that have not yet been created, for technologies that have not yet been invented, and to solve problems that have not yet been anticipated. We must encourage our young people to embrace and shape their own futures and to understand that they form part of a wider international community and are capable of shaping the world.
