Posidonia Experience

Posidonia Experience, a unique project in the Balearic Islands and a pioneer in Spain which goes beyond a mere academic experience.

With the aim of showing and raising awareness among pupils from the Agora International School family of schools of the importance of preserving our seas and oceans, the programme includes a series of workshops, talks, lectures, excursions and activities which pupils will experience in order to get to know the marine environment a little better and therefore with a commitment to its preservation.

The programme includes the diving course with official PADI certification, a stay in a Formentera aparthotel in the Port of La Savina, 500 metres from the dive centre, and various marine workshops.

Agora Posidonia Experience is a project carried out in the Balearic Islands and a pioneer in Spain which fits in perfectly with the commitments which Agora International School and Globeducate maintain in their holistic educational project and which aims to make our pupils global citizens capable of changing the world.

Agora Posidonia Experience has been designed in collaboration with the Vellmarí Association and National Geographic Education, and thanks to the support of organisations such as the Palma Aquarium Foundation, IMEDEA and Baleària.
